If there is one thing about living in Canada that brings us together, it is the common experience of the changing of the seasons. Of course other countries have similar changes, but in Canada the seasons are very distinct and they seem to change over night.
Another thing about the seasons is the sports we play. I seems like as soon as the snow flies, hockey sticks come out and when it melts our other national sport, lacrosse takes over, and then when summer comes we all head to the water and grab a paddle. Lastly of course when fall comes back and the leaves fall we sadly must grab our rakes and take part in our least favourite sport... leaf raking!
